ATI Remediation?!

Hi RNs and future RNs,

So my school uses ATI and for one of my classes, we took a pretest at the beginning of the semester and we are to do remediation throughout the semester to get some points...

My question is, how do you go about filling out the individual boxes? My professor said that all the info needed would be in the ATI book and that's our only reference. I am freaking out because a good chunk of my grade depends on those darn things... I am confused and need help!
