Aspiring CNM

I am currently a L&D nurse and I would like to become a CNM. I have a little bit of worry as to how easily I will be able to secure clinical placements and would love for anyone with any personal experience or advice to weigh in. Due to religious and personal beliefs I choose not to receive an anual flu vaccine or covid vaccine. I have exemptions with my current employer, however I would not be able to complete clinicals where I work and I do not work with CNMs. I have found a school I would be able to attend, but I would need clinical placement that no not have the requirements or allow exemptions. I appreciate any advice anyone can provide me.
