So here is my situation. I already have a bachelors degree and have decided to go the nursing route. I applied to an ASN program at my community college and an accelerated BSN program at the university. I got into the CC and am finishing my first semester. Yesterday I found out I got accepted to the accelerated BSN program. So I am torn on which way to go, stick with the LPN to ASN route at the CC and spend about $10,000, or drop out and start the accelerated BSN and spent about $35,000. A BSN would be great to have but is it worth it to get into that much debt?
