Army vs. Air Force

Does anyone have any thoughts on which is "better" for a RN with a Master of Public Health degree? I noticed that the Army recruits public health nurses and the Air Force recruits public health professionals. Are the tuition repayment benefits better with the Army or the Air Force. My purpose in exploring these options is to feel like I am making a difference and to see the world. How much "say" does one have in terms of where they're stationed? My goal is to be stationed OUTSIDE of the U.S. I am VERY interested in being stationed in a French-speaking country (I speak French). As always, your input is greatly appreciated!
