APRN state licensing.

I passed my AANP almost 5 weeks ago. Everything that was requested has been submitted. However my license remains in processing . After reaching out to the Tennessee board of nursing, they have told me that the national boards have not sent a confirmation email. However, on the AANP side they are showing they have now sent 3 at my request and have receipt numbers. I have sent all of this to the BON but they still state they have not received anything. At this point I'm not sure what to do, but I would really like my license finalized so I can start working. Any suggestions?
