Applying to TCC for Spring 2010

Published

Hello all!!!

Ok so I will be applying to TCC next month for Spring 2010!! I currently have a 3.78 GPA. I got A's in all of my classes except B's in Chemistry last summer and Psych. I just finished Micro this summer with an A thankfully! The only thing I did not complete was my elective b/c the nursing department said it was not necessary. Does anyone think I have a decent shot on getting in? Is anyone else applying for the same term? Thanks for all of the input:yawn:

I think that you have a pretty good shot at getting in. Your grades sound great.

There are so many variables in applying into the program. The pool of applicants and what they have done will play a big part in that. I have known people to get in without having electives done and then I have known some that do not get in because the majority of the top had all classes completed.

Good luck to you!

Thanks for the info!! I hope I do. I wish I just finished my elective in Summer 2. Oh well, hopefully I can kick butt on my TEAS test score to make up for it:)

I will be applying to the program spring 10 as well, this is actually my second application. i didnt have all of my prerequisites completed yet. My grade point average is a 3.7 and i made a 72 overall on my teas test. Does any think i have a good shot at getting in this time.

Which pre requs did you not have completed the first time?

I still has micro and lifespan growth and developement. I also took the extra credit course medical terminology and hopefully that will look pretty good considering i didnt do all that hot on my teas test. we shall see:up: If there is anyone else out there, what were your grade point average and teas test scores when you got excepted.
