Anyone every do a Peer Interview?

I had my interview with 2 OR managers and i believe it went well. They scheduled me to come back next wednesday to do a Peer interview. If anyone has done one of these before, can you tell me what to expect?

I have been in peer interviews before, but not for nursing job (I am nursing student). Basically, the same thing you just went through except with co-workers or team members. They will ask questions and try to assess if you would be a good match in their group. Peer interview is typically with those you would be working with (in my experience). I would focus on answers to do with team player, reliability, all the things you would like in a co-worker. This is a very good sign to be invited to peer interview. It may also include drs. from that area as well.

Thank you so much Racquetmom! I will definitely take your advice on this and focus on those things if they ask me things related to that.
