Anyone else been through this???

Hopefully someone else has had a similar experience. Just not sure where to go from here. To start with I have a misdemeanor for contempt of court (not paying a traffic ticket) and a poss of paraphernalia (which has been expunged). These are both from about 17 Years ago. Graduated 12/17, applied to Mississippi bon in June. Took my NCLEX 1/8 and got my results yesterday saying I passed. Did my background check on December 11th and about a week later got a letter saying there may be a disqualifying event, my case would have to be investigated. In June I made sure and submitted all my court documents and explanation. Everything on my checklist on the website is green except the release of the background check. The letter said DO NOT CALL!! They will follow up. And I have heard nothing since then. Has anyone else had to deal with this? How long should I wait before I try and call. Don't want to tickk them off and be pushed to the end. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
