Anyone else enlisted out there?

Hey Everyone!

Just wondering if there is anyone else out there that is currently Enlisted that are about to get out or have gotten out in the past few years. I'm hoping to drop my early-out chit in a month or so. I cant wait to get back to school and start on my Nursing degree!! I did 2yrs before I joined and worked as a CNA for 2.5. Since I've been in, I haven't been able to take more that 1 class at a time due to work schedule..its frustrating! I've had a lot of people try to talk me into reenlisting to go officer.. but I honestly want to get out, go back to Colorado and raise a family without the whole deployment/changing duty station every 2-3yrs. I'm ready for the next chapter in my life.

So my main question is....how hard was it for you to find a job? I feel like it wont be too hard, seeing that I have had worked as a CNA prior to my enlistment and I am trying to get as many certs as I can before I get out. I know my brother-in-law has had 3 DUI's and got out of jail in September (eek!)..and is making as much as my husband (E4, also corpsman, no BAH cause the ship is denying it). So if my brother-in-law can make it in the civilian world....I'd think i could too.
