Any help/advice out there?

I received my nursing degree in August of 2008. My employer organization sponsored my schooling which was a wonderful opportunity. I appplied for positions with them which was required to fulfill my obligation to them and for reasons unknown to me, have received no job offers from them to this date. I passed the NCLEX in November. Unfortunately, shortly after this while I was pursing career opportunites, I fell and broke my leg in three places. To make a long story short, I am feeling discouraged and nervous at this point being 7 months out from graduation. Does anyone have any words of advice for me? I live in Rhode Island. I really want to start my nursing career!! Thank you so much!
