Any difference between PACU RN and scrub RN salaries????

As a newly-elected shop steward I will shortly be entering into salary negotiations on behalf of our union members with our employer. Currently there is a huge difference between PACU RN and scrub RN salaries. I am trying to get an idea of the global trend so that I have a strong argument to put on the table. Can anyone out there tell me if scrub staff are paid more than PACU staff in their countries, and if so, by how much? Thanks
