ANCC case management certification

Hello I am new to these boards. I have been in nursing for 8 years, with the last 3 years in hospital based case management. I will be taking the ANCC case management certification exam soon and was just wondering if anyone here has ever taken it and if so what was your overall impression? Did you find it very difficult?
