Allied Health program????

At my highschool we have an allied health program. I am really interested in this program because i want to be a male nurse. Anyways I asked my guidance counsiler about this and he knows nothing about it!! its so annoying!!! anyways has anyone here been in this program? if so what kind of GPA did you have??

You should probably name the school, area and the program. Not many high schools have an allied health program -- but it sounds great! Make sure it isn't just being a nursing assistant, which is usually bed pan duty and all. That's wonderful that you'll be a male nurse -- the field needs more males! Ask another counselor at the school, if the one you've spoken to already hasn't been any help. You can also do a Google search on your school's district -- you might find a better program nearby, or at least the information you were looking for.
