Do they run narrow or wide at all? I am starting a home health Hospice job, and I am attempting to order a pair. I'm a little worried about tramping through the snow in them though. Maybe tennis shoes would be better?

They might run just a tiny bit wide, but not horribly so. They're super comfy, good arch support with a cushy insole.

I would not wear them to walk in the snow, though...just because the slight platform/heel on the shoe could be unsteady. Also, I would hate to let the snow damage the leather. But I wouldn't recommend any general nursing shoes for the snow.

I walk to and from work. I wear a pair of snowboots or Crocs Mammoths to walk in, and change into my Alegrias or Birkis when I get to work. But if you're just walking from your car to the door, I don't think that'd be much of an issue, honestly.
