Affinity selected for a test "You have been selected for a test requiring further assistance"

What does this mean? What kind of test is this usually? I've never had this message before. I can't contact them right now because it's late. But has anyone had this message appear for them?

    For anyone who got this message and is curious as well. I did get selected for hair testing. A whopping almost $200 including collection fee at my lab.
