Hi Everyone,

I am starting to get new grad RN job offers and I am having a hard time making a decision. I have offers from: Mayo Clinic CVSICU, Duke CTICU, UNC CTICU, and Johns Hopkins. Any input/advice is very appreciated. I am trying to do as much research as possible to help me make the best decision for my family and I. Thanks in advance!
