ADN to MSN online

I am wanting to go back to school with the intention of becoming a NP. Currently I have an ADN. I work full time and have two small children. There are so many options available I am having trouble keeping them all straight. The more I research the more questions I have...

Is a bridge program better than going the RN-BSN then BSN-MSN route for someone who will be doing their studies part time?

Any recommendations on programs? I would like to do minimal clinicals due to working full time.

Any tips on what to look for in a program?

I appreciate any help that I am given. Are there any other threads with good info on here that you could direct me to?

Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nurse practictioner has an online ASN to MSN

The only drawback I can see to doing a straight ASN to MSN is if life or something go in the way and you had to withdraw from school before you could finish, then you would still only have your ASN...however if you did a BSN then went to a BSN to MSN for NP and something happened at least you would have your BSN...

I know i researched Frontier and you DO have to go to the at the beginning (like a few days visit) and again before you start the MSN portion. So you will have to travel twice to the school at least which is in Hayden, KY
