ADN Level 2

So I just finished up my 2nd day of Level 2 (second semester) of an ADN program and I can already tell how HARD it is going to be. I had my first Med-Surg clinical yesterday and it was supposed to be "orientation" therefore I didn't expect to do any patient care just go over the rules, guidelines, do a tour, parking, etc...well, I was wrong. We had to do all of those things and then also had to partner up and do a bed bath and linen change, which isn't a big deal but I was just shocked that they threw us into direct patient care that quickly. Then today I had my first OB lecture and a dosage calculation test where we had to score a 90%..I just worry about keeping up with all the readings, tests, clinical paperwork and assignments. My head just hurts thinking about it. Any tips on surviving into Level 3? Anything you wish you knew when starting your 2nd semester that you know now? Thanks ;)
