Hello,
I am currently applying to 3 ADN nursing programs (already sent all 3 apps in GO ME! ). I was curious what you guys think about the ADN program compared to the BSN program. You take the same NCLEX and get the same RN title just with the BSN you don't get those letters behind your name. The reason I am doing the ADN program over the BSN program is because it would take me another 1 1/2 years to complete the pre-reqs (I go part time because I have to pay out of pocket, and we just moved here so we are considered "out of state residency"). My University does offer a RN to BSN online program once you are a working RN. I think that is a great idea and I will do that, when the time comes.
I just wanted to get some of your opinions on the BSN degree over the ADN degree.
Thanks,
Lindsay
