Additional Certs 4 LPN

Hey ya'll. Im an LPN, been so for almost 4 years. Im on sick leave due to a heart condition. (Had troubles since birth) Doctor says after a simple procedure and some time off for rehab I should be okay to go back. Soooooo, my question is how do I go about getting additional certifications? I live in a small city and none of the secondary schools offer anything. Is there programs I can do online? I figure since I have all this free time I can put it to good use :)
