Acceptance Letters

Hi everyone! I have a question for those who are already in the Pacesetter BSN program.

This past weekend, I received an acceptance letter for the Spring of 2016 from one of the two universities that I applied to.

The nursing school that I was accepted into wants a response by the end of the month. Without a doubt I would have immediately accepted it, but there's still another school that I prioritize more. However, the problem is that the other university doesn't give out acceptance letters until November of next month. In addition, I can't guarantee if I'll even be accepted or not into the other university's program.

So my question is this, should I confirm a guaranteed spot in the initial university's nursing program and wait until I receive an acceptance/rejection letter from the other university in November? And let's say if I do get accepted, will I be able to tell the other university that I chose not to be apart of their program even though I told them that I would participate in their Spring 2016 program as well?
