Accelerated distance learning.........

Hello all. There are so many great programs out there for BSN for anyone that is already RN. I have a Bachelor in Social work, a Masters in counseling and went to the PhD (ABD) status with my Health Psychology.......I found the University of Wisconsin's accelerated "distance learning" program and was very excited that this was available. I live in Georgia but I am just not close to any of the schools here that offer the accelerated option so it is a real bummer.

I have worked hard - shut down my practice and made all kinds of changes in my life because with the UWOSH program, my contact with the director there has been positive. I have worked hard to try to meet the prerequisites so that I do NOT have to keep putting off my admission date and start date - which is NOW May 2013. I have had my courses approved (or I thought I had). Now, I get an email today that my chemistry course is not acceptable! I am taking Fundamentals of Chemistry (that is rather extensive and includes general, organic, and biochemistry). She said (in the past) that as long as I take a "followup" to the course I am in now, that would be fine. She did NOT specific that the courses had to be called ChemI and ChemII. Now all of a sudden, this is what she is telling me. I am very sickened by this. I am taking 4 courses now (all prerequisites for their program) and making all As and a high B in chemistry.

I really wish I could find another "distance learning" accelerated BSN program! Does anyone know of another one? Thank you so much for your time.
