accelerated BSN program: NYU vs. TJU .. help me decide!

Published

Hey everybody! My name's Lud and I'm new to the boards (although, I have done a fair share of lurking over the past few months), and just decided to register! I've recently applied to 2 accelerated BSN programs, and was hoping to get some insight from other nurses in the industry, as to which program I should lean towards if I'm accepted to both:

15-month accelerated BSN program at New York University (NYU)

12-month accelerated BSN program at Thomas Jefferson University - Philadephia (TJU)

I've heard good things about the program at TJU, but only because I'm from this area and don't know anybody in the NYU nursing program. As far as my background is concerned, I have 2 BS degrees from Penn State University (Main Campus), in Nutritional Sciences, as well as Hospitality Management.

Any insight/feedback from people who went, or know people from either program, would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all! :)

Hi there!

If you post this in the NY and PA nursing student forums, you might get some more responses. :)
