Accelerated BSN: NEED HELP

Hello All,

I am getting my accelerated BSN from UMDNJ. I will be in the job market starting Jan 09. I am on an F1 visa.

Background:

I have my masters in microbiology from India and have worked as a Clinical resesarch associate for a CRO in India. My BSN gpa currently for 3 semesters is 3.92.

Will I be eligible for an H1 B since I have a bachelor's degree from US?

Should I go to an agency or a hospital for a nursing job?

Is NJ saturated with nurses already?

I am going to get an OPT period of 1 year and I have to find a job within the next 90 days and can work without any obligation for atleast one year.

Is 1 year experience good enough to start an MSN program?

I do not have a job right now and so I do not have a social security. I am going to be eligible to get work (OPT) after Dec 08 so can any one help me with finding and EMPLOYER willing to take me in.

I have got great references from my teachers which I can present. Also if you recommend me you get a signing bonus if you are employed at that place currently making it a win win situation.

Please help me out with these questions. I am a little lost with all these visa / work issues.
