Hello,

I've been invited for an Interview at Thomas Edison State University in NJ. I wanted to know if anyone else is going through the interview process, or if someone has if they can provide some insight.

I know that it is with the Admission Committee; I wanted to know how many people that consists of? What kind of questions will be asked? Who else was invited to be interviewed? Was anyone accepted to start October 2017?

For anyone who has any advice that would also be awesome.

Hello elisa,

The interview consists of 3-4 people (not including you). If you got an interview it typically means your just about in! I think the interview is where they make their final decision. Many people I know we're told at the interview if they were accepted. But they are in a new building and growing so maybe that has changed. I looked online for potential interview questions in nursing, and they proved very helpful. Best of luck

thanks so much this really helped. I had three people in mine they didn't say if i got in or not they said they would let me know by the end of next week. I think the interview went well guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

Hi!

I had my interview very late in the summer, it was last week. I only interviewed with the associate dean of nursing, and she offered me full acceptance after it was over. I will be attending in October... but I'm pretty sure we have to attend other events starting in September.

Hi! I know this is old, but would you mind sharing your stats with me? I will be applying next year and I want to make sure that I’m on track with my GPA, test scores, etc.

My GPA was 3.4 and I did really well in the pre-reqs. Had some EMT experince, and was a PCA at the time. The interview plays a big role on acceptance. Good luck and feel free to ask anything.
