A GREAT Interview Experience!!!

I've been through a lot of interviews during my career...and, to tell you the truth, the majority of them were jokes. Either I've had to field questions which had absolutely NOTHING to do with the job I was applying for, or in many instances, the interviewer had already made up his/her mind by the time I walked through the door...that they wanted someone else. I even had one woman who asked me to come in and interview knowing full well that I lived 70 miles from the facility....then told me after I got there that she didn't want to hire me because she was afraid I would quit, due to the long commute! :angryfire

Anyway, I went for my interview this past Thursday with a Healthcare Management Company, and it was NOTHING like the above. The interviewers were not only professional and courteous, but they actually asked me questions which had everything to do with the job for which they were hiring for. Not only that, but they allowed me to sit with two experienced telephonic nurses, which gave me an opportunity to see up front exactly what I would be doing, as well as being able to find out if they are happy with their jobs. Their responses were unanimous. They are VERY happy!

For the first time in ages, I cannot WAIT for Monday to get here, so I can find out if I have been hired. :chair: Will keep you posted! :)
