CNA vs. SHA (Self-help assistant)

I was just wondering what the difference is in duties between a CNA and an SHA. It probably varies state-by-state, but I couldn't find a ton of information online. I believe an SHA is employed by the government and does not necessarily need to have a CNA license. Also, what about a PCA (Personal care assistant)? Is that synonymous with an SHA?
