Hospitals in Flint, Mi (Hurley, Mclaren, Genesys)

I've been applying like CRAZY to get into one of these hospitals! I've been a nurse now for a year (critical care and psych) and I seriously can't get a call back! I've had my college English professor look over my cover letter and resume and she says it's completely solid! Has anyone else experienced a long wait time to get in? I'm moving to the area in two weeks and would prefer not to make a daily drive to Detroit for work! Please help! Suggestions or anything!
