Band 6 Pre-Op Assessment Interview -Advice Please

Hi, I'm new to this, but, here goes. I have an interview for a Band 6 Pre-Operative Practitioner post. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what might be asked during the interview. I have looked at the helpful suggestions already given for Band 6 interviews but was wondering if anyone could be a little more specific to this particular role. I have already ear marked clinical governance issues as suggested but as I won't be managing a team, some of the management information may not be relevant to me. I realise that change management will be talked about as the department is just about to lose it's matron to another hospital and this will be a time of change for everybody. My post is within a gynaecological pre-op assessment unit. I would welcome any thoughts people may have. Thank you for your time.
