Transfer school

I currently failed the second semester of my my 3rd yr of a 4yr part time rn program, (Brockton hospital) I am devastated, part I am not giving up. I just got accepted into Diman LPN program in their part time day program, they excepted all my credits and I can start in Nov 2012 in there second yr. and I will be done in June. But I do have an appointment Tuesday at Bristol Community College to see if I can transfer all my credits for their RN program. I was wondering if anyone has gotten into BCC as a transfer student, and what are my chances of getting in. My GPA isn't that great. I only have a 2.98....
