Do I have what it takes?

Okay so I'm due to start college in september doing adult nursing, I'm currently working in a residential home, But today made me think that maybe I'm not cut out to do it, Nothing major happened, just a regular morning apart from my 3 people to get up and dressed were all for various reasons refusing and I was okay until I told my boss what was occuring and was told to use my charm, which failed as the person in question was in a right mood, I don't feel that able to keep pushing and pushing to get them to do something if they won't or don't want to... and I don't really think I should... I got upset and started crying... alone, but if I can't even get 4 people washed and dressed in 2 hours... then how could I do all the various tasks that a nurse has to do? I just felt inadequate especially when everyone else manages to get theirs done and if someone else went into one ladys room she stops pretending to ignore you and does what you ask.

what do you think, should I pursue this career?
