depends on interviewer. Expect things like "what is your strongest/weakest/happiest/saddest/best or worst nursing decision you ever made". I can never think of appropriate answers, but I believe they are looking for you not to get frazzeled by the question and to have a vocabulary of > 100 words. You might do your homework about their structure - like is your supervisor an RN or MD or administrative person. Good luck!
