Has anybody gone through PCH new grad program interview? Do they have clinical question during the interview or just personal/behavioral questions? Do they offer a job within a week? Any idea about salary and benefit?

Do you have any idea of their scrub? Can I wear any kind of scrubs and shoes? Thanks in advance.

I interviewed last week and was offered a position a few days later. They didn't ask very many clinical questions...more personal. New Grads start there at 24/hour and health incurance is through cigna. Scrubs are up to employee discretion, shoes as well however not allowed to wear crocs with holes in the top. Hope this helps!
