UW nursing proctored essay

Hello everyone I'm new to this site. I'm currently waiting to hear back from the University of Washington school of nursing if I need to write a proctored essay or not. I was wondering if there was any sample essays that helped anyone else that have applied, or any tips and ideas that come to mind. I feel I am already at a disadvantage because my writing skills are not very adept. I have read through some of the other threads concerning this topic but am still amiss for sample topics or ideas. Thanks in advance.
