Yuba College Nursing - Fall 2025

Hi everyone! I am planning on applying to the nursing program for Fall 2025. This will be my second time applying. I created this so we can ask questions and help each other! Is anyone else applying for Fall 2025?

Hi everyone! A couple things:

1. Have you seen any requirements list for technology that is required? (For example, an iPad, a laptop, etc)? I'm really struggling to figure out exactly what I need. 
2. Has anyone heard when the schedule will come out? In the handbook it says by July... I really need to plan next month!

Does anyone know how the wioa works if we are eligible? Do we have to pay for it and then we'll be reimbursed?

It depents on the county you live in. They only covered the ATI fees in my county. I had to go in to one stop and do the ATI account there and they paid for it there. They gave me the option to get reimbursed if I paid for it at home. Did anyones One Stop help with scrubs, milage etc?

I think a laptop for ATI but not sure.

What's One Stop? Nobody has contacted me yet at all...

I met with the counselor and he said that I didn't have to do anything else and that I would get ATI covered but im confused since we didn't do the ATI account at the appointment.

Does anyone live in Butte County? Oops didn't mean to respond to this specific comment LOL my phone is possessed. The WIOA counselor assigned to me is in charge of Glenn county so I'm confused...

You must have Maira too? WIOA kinda confused me, They're going off my current income even though I'm quitting my job for school. My husband still works so I don't want to hold my breath 😕

I've submitted the documents but haven't met with her. Do you know if we have to meet in person or can it be virtual?
