My boyfriend graduated his LVN program in 2008 and has taken his NCLEX twice and failed is there a limit as to when he cant take the test anymore. ?
I really hope there isn't we struggle so much to pass school and continue to pay the loans for school. =(

This is a state-by-state issue decided by each individual Board of Nursing. Some allow an unlimited number of attempts. Others allow only so many chances or have a deadline.
At the bottom of each page, you will find a link to the state boards. Click on yours and you might be able to find the information on line. If not, maybe someone who knows the answer for your state will post.
