Yale University Online MSN PMHNP Spring 2025

Just received the news that the Yale online PMHNP will not be accepting students in Spring 2025.


"....YSN has decided to pause accepting new students into the Online MSN in Psychiatric-Mental Health program at this time. "

Does anyone have insight on this change? Will they change to a DNP or will this be permanent? Sad to hear as I was already working on the application.

I was sad too considering my application was pretty much complete. But, I just decided to switch my application to the Fall 2025 in person program. It would've been nice to take classes online so I don't have to move, but this was my only option.
