I asked almost 90 days back about Beverly homes. It was not recommended. Well I took the job with them. I worked there for 70 days and got injured on the job. Several witnesses including one of the unit managers. Guess what? Day 80 I am told I will not be continueing employment with them. Also told the injury did not happen the way it did. Sounds like they plan to fight this too. So now out a job and most likely will be denied the workers comp. I have never seen a more decietful unethical place in my life.
In my orientation they did nothing but make fun of the tapes required to be watched from the big lawsuit settlement. They put the tapes in but then have you do other things while they are running. So your not really watching the tapes. Yikes I should have run then. I am such an idiot.
Just want to warn others of the perils of this organization before any of you all get used and abused like I was.

I am sorry that happened to you. It is really sad for the clients who needed your help. They don't know what they messed up on and missed.

i know what you mean about Beverly!!!! I am currently employed with them....omly I was just informed today that i'm being cut to part-time. That just isn't right. I was hired on for 40 hours a week. I'm the treatment nurse & census is down...they say they don't hae the budget....bull!!!! With all the Beverly homes they have & they "don't have the budget"!!!! Yeah right.
They would force us to cut hours all the time. No wonder all the CNA's and nurse were whipped and got such burnout so quickly! I couldn't take it either...
