Go ahead and reapply, tell them you talked to me, Frank Corcoran, and I will look at your app. If you can send me a resume, it would be helpful.
Thanks

There were no ICU positions to apply for, so I went ahead and applied to the Nurse Graduate program. Do you have an email address wher I can send you my resume and references?
Thanks!

Hey almcco3,Did you end up working for parrish med? I am a new RN graduated in May 2010 and I want to apply but I just wanted to know what there training was like? In general what is the hospital like? Also Mr Corcoran does your unit hire new graduates? I have done clinical rotations in the CICU, PICU and NICU...any help would be great...thanksCocoRN
I would refer ALL of your friends who are looking for jobs to stay away from wuesthoff. Since they have been bought out, everything is changing. The nurses there are not getting adequate supplies they need, never get medications on time, etc. Because I only worked there for 6 months, my manager gave my new ICU job I landed in Nashville, TN (closer to home) a bad reference...!! There is no class at that hospital and it is a dangerous place to work.

Hello,
I am graduating from a Massachusetts BSN program in May. I am looking to move to Melbourne, Fl in the fall. I was wondering if anyone had some more recent advice about applying to hospitals in this area. I am interested in Maternity nursing, but would also be happy in a Med/Surg unit. I am going to apply to the Nurse Residency program at Health First and was also looking at Wuesthoff-Rockledge. Any current reviews or recommendations would be very helpful.
