Let's start this 2020 application cycle thread. Anyone will be applying this Summer?

I didn't get in my first time I applied.  I did the work and took care of what I was told kept me from getting in the program and studied to get what I needed to get in order to be accepted.  If WSSU is your first choice do what it takes and reapply(I placed all my eggs in one basket the first time around).  

Also it doesn't matter the route you take to become a nurse.  I've worked with LPNs who have been more knowledgable than RNs I know.  I know ADN's who are just as amazing as BSN's at their jobs. 

If you have other options good luck to you in those respective programs as well.

 

For those who have been accepted please start an ABSN 2021 facebook group and allow those of us who are currently in the program to join.  Good Luck to everyone!

I checked my spam and didn’t see anything ? I feel like I’m the only one who didn’t get an email . I will email her tomorrow .

I got an email back saying I’m in the last round of emails to go out tomorrow ? I’m not sure if that’s a bad or good thing .

I wonder if it is alphabetical! My last name starts with a G. I got my email today.

Hi everyone! I’ve been quietly stalking this forum to see when acceptance letters went out. I plan on applying next year for the 2022 cohort. 

For those accepted, CONGRATULATIONS! I’m so excited for you!

Would you all mind responding and letting me know what your GPA was, along with any other qualifications, if you got accepted or didn’t? It would ease my mind just a smidge as I continue to take my prerequisites and fight for a spot next year!
