Writing a case study

I need help writing a case study/script for a role playing exercise on how to manage/handle/respond to nurse bullying as a nurse leader.

This is an interesting topic and I like it. 
I would focus on:

Management:

Speak with individual who was bullied and individual who was proclaimed the bully separately. Ask each their side of the story 

Then speak with them together. 

After the group meeting, explain to the "bully" the code of conduct at your facility and how what they did was wrong.

Speak about the promotion of a team atmosphere. And then have the "bully" do a side activity on how teamwork is the backbone in nursing.
