Would really appreciate advice

I really need some help, today I am actually beside myself with worry. We have been experiencing problems in our department a lot of nepotism and bullying. Last week I returned to work following a month off very poorly I was moved to a ward where I should not have been working and apparently allegedly made a drug error of which I didn't and I know I didn't. Then this week I recorded a set of observerations wrong which was my fault I was under unprecedented stress and I couldn't dispense medication and had to discharge patients etc I have since been called and told o am now to go none clinical as they are worried the trouble is they are all bullying and I have a diary of proof names dates etc what the do I do these people are out to destroy me. Any advice would be greatly welcome

You can try to approach your manager, and if you have a union, you should involve them ASAP. Otherwise, your best bet is probably to try and find a new job?
