I have a marijuana paraphernalia related misdemeanor from 6 years ago and am planning to move to Texas in the next year or so. I have looked at the application process at several hospitals, and none of them asked about misdemeanors. I've been licensed and working for about 5 years now in Florida and am just thinking about the obstacles I am going to have to go through in this transition. Any input, observations or advice would be appreciated.

According to the Texas bon you have to disclose any misdemeanors you have been convicted of, unless it's expunged. You will submit fingerprints and it will come up.
