I am currently doing my pre-reqs but I wanted to know if anyone was working as a PCT and if anyone knew what the starting pay was for both PCT's and Dialysis PCT's

Every facility is different in what they pay PCTs and it also depends on your experience and what shift you work.

I've also never heard of a specific dialysis PCT. I've done a few days in dialysis as a student and can honestly say I can't see a need for one there really. They have transporters but not techs.

I applied to DaVitas and they are currently hiring PCT's, the CC that i attend offers a two month training program for dialysis technicians....i live in phx so i dont know if other cities or states offer that type of training.

I work as a PCT while doing pre-reqs. It pays around $12ish and hour, but more if you work a night time shift.
