Working part-time in an accelerated program

Am I crazy to try to take on a 12-month accelerated BSN and work 20 hours a week? It is the minimum you can work at my hospital and receive the tuition benefits! Without them, the program is too expensive. Did anyone do it or is currently doing it and succeeding??

I know of several RNs who are working weekends only and going to school for BSN. So it is possible.
