I am interested in any information from anyone who has done work at home case management. I have come across a few threads, many outdated and am looking for any new information on the topic. I have been a nurse for almost 5 years, 3 years on the unit, January will make 2 years as a 'Patient Navigator'. I feel like this has set me up well for case management. I'm not afraid of working hard and meeting 'metrics', I do that now. Since I am good at the numbers game, I thought this would work for me with the added benefit of avoiding a daily commute. I have begun researching insurance companies and am hoping to make a change closer to the end of the year.
