I'm applying for Kennesaw State University for Wellstar Nursing program and I was wondering if anyone know would I have to repeat my A&P 1 class since I received a C in it? I was told if I didn't have all A's in my prerequisites that it was no need to apply. All class thus far been A's & B's. I'm in General, Organic, and Biochemistry 1. Have two more class to finish all the prerequisites for KSU. If anyone knows by experience, a plus, about this please let me know. Thank you!

When they told you "prerequisites", do you mean science classes or all the 12 (i think 12 classes) classes that is listed on their nursing website.
The young lady, student, was saying on the science classes they look at students with only A's. See I hear so many stories when it comes to RN program, but it seem like people who failed are the one's telling me not to waste my time and I should change my major. It's crazy!!
Well, I know on their website it mentions that the applicant should strive to make as many A's and B's as possible. I remember following some the other KSU topics about past admissions and it seems that the nursing advisors would suggest retaking classes, especially science, in which you make a C.
As for the people who keep telling you not to bother, remember they did not get in. You need to talk to people who did get in and figure out their stats. Only their input can help you in my opinion. There's a reason they got in.
I heard KSU is a hard school to get into and they get thousands of applicants.. I'm confused why though. What do you know about their program that makes it so popular????
