I got my letter today (FINALLY) and I am INNNN~!!!! for the Fall 2006 ADN program!!!

Where did you get in ? I believe Montgomery was your first choice. Did your sister get in ?

Thank you so much. I got into Mont. and yes it was my first choice. Unfortunately, my sister did not get in....she received an alternate letter yesterday. We have cried together and every time i talk about it i get tears in my eyes. She wanted this as badly as i did and i wanted this for her sooo much. She called me today in better spirit and has already signed up for Eng II during the summer and plans on shelling out the required bsn classes starting this fall. She called the college and asked about retaking the HESI and they said YES. You can retake it every application period so she plans to apply to Kingwood for spring 07'. She had all of her adn academic classes complete and had a 4.0 for the gpa.....she just messed up when she took the hesi and scored really low on the reading comp. She is very determined and has already jumped back on the wagon after only one day of mourning.

Good for your sister! I imagine it is hard to enjoy your own success with that stuff happening to your sister. Well congrats to you! You can celebrate all you want on allnurses :):balloons:

I am still waiting on UT-Houston and UTMB-Galveston. I guess they really stick to those mail-out dates!

Congrats to all... Still waiting... Just found out that I was accepted into the Honor's Program at the school... JUST WISH IT WERE THE NURSING PROGRAM!!!

Waiting to hear from Temple college, I am already accepted to the LVN program but would prefer the RN. I should know something in 2 weeks or so but it seems these last few weeks are the hardest.
