What is the secret?

Our NSA has stumbled again and again trying to get off the ground. I would love to hear from someone who has a successful group, and find out what it is about the group that draws students and how students utilize the group.

Is your group hosting community education events? Lectures? Health fairs? Food drives?

Does professional development bring in students? Social events? Job fairs?

Any insight would be appreciated as we are working toward launching a new leadership team and would like to stop doing the same thing, expecting different results!

The one at my school is inactive as well. It would be great to get these groups working and networking. I'd be interested in response on this topic as well.
