Which rotation are you just hating?

What clinical rotation have you had (or are you having now) that you dislike intensely?

My least favorite and the one I struggled with most was Mental Health.

Maternity.

I was comfortable with the work (former firefighter, I've caught a few babies in the back of an ambulance).

The problem was the L&D nurses weren't comfortable with me... that is, a male in their unit.

med/surg 2 I'm absolutely dreading it and I've only been on the floor for 2 weeks now. I didn't enjoy psych but at least it was easy. My favorite rotation was probably OB or PEDS.

I absolutely hated psych!! I found it so boring!!

I liked the Classwork with Mental Health...but the clinical was soooo boring. We didn't get to see anything but drug addicts and wel...drug addicts!

OB was the my least favorite. My instructor would not let us touch the patients unless she was in the room and we were never to touch the newborns. We gave no medications and she literally told us we can give ice chips if the RN said it was alright. I couldn't wait to get out of there!!!

I disliked psych intensely. I feel like I didn't learn anything at all, in the course or in clinical.

i had ob..hated it..super boring! nobody gave birth while i was there!
